Candidates must also be highly motivated to pursue a 3-year vocational training (Ausbildung) program in the healthcare sector.

No. In line with ethical recruitment standards and international labor guidelines, Jobdaash does not charge candidates placement fees. All our services to candidates—from guidance to visa and relocation support—are provided free of charge.

Candidates receive comprehensive support including pre-departure orientation, visa and document assistance, language training referrals, and cultural integration coaching. After arrival, we assist with onboarding, accommodation setup (through partners), and ongoing check-ins to ensure a smooth start in their Ausbildung.

We’ll schedule a call to understand your staffing needs and provide a tailored recruitment proposal. Once aligned, we begin sourcing pre-qualified, B1/B2-certified candidates ready for training and long-term integration.

Candidates must have at least a B1 or B2 German language certificate, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Certification must be from recognized institutions such as Goethe-Institut, ÖSD, or Telc.
